We have 3 sub-categories within this membership type: 21-29 years old, 30-34 years old, and 35-39 years old.

The Intermediate member enjoys the same use of the golf course, pool, and clubhouse as a Regular member. When the member becomes 40, they are required to change to a Regular membership and pay Regular dues (or, if married, when the spouse becomes 40, whichever event occurs first). An Intermediate member has no ownership or voting rights until becoming a Regular member. This category does include access to the Private Club Network.

Social

A Social member has the same use of the clubhouse and pool as a Regular member. A Social member does not own a certificate, has no ownership rights and cannot vote. This membership requires at least a 12 month commitment.

Social with Golf

A Social with Golf member has the same use of the clubhouse, pool, and practice facilities as a Regular member and may golf twelve times per calendar year upon paying the greens fee, with unlimited use of the driving range and short game area. A Social with Golf member does not own a certificate, has no ownership rights and cannot vote. This category does include access to the Private Club Network. This category does NOT include access to our reciprocal program.

Non-Resident

A Non-Resident member is a person not less than twenty-one years of age whose permanent residence is no less than one hundred miles from Portland, Oregon, who has paid the required initiation fee, and who has been elected by the Board of Directors or a person who was a Non-Resident Member on June 1, 1983.

A Non-Resident member shall have the same right to use the Clubhouse as Regular Members, but has no ownership rights, voting rights and may not become a Director. A Non-Resident member may use the golf course twelve times during any calendar year without green fees and thereafter for the greens fee established by the Board of Directors.

All Riverside membership privileges (except for the Individual Membership) include the member’s spouse, spouse equivalent and dependents. Each golfing membership designates one person as an “A” player who has preference on Saturday mornings. Two “A” players in one membership can be arranged, but will be charged an additional 50% of the monthly dues.
